Dave Dornan, M.Ed., is the designer and presenter of the seminars,CONFLICT JUJITSU^® and LIVING FROM THE INSIDE OUT^TM.

These seminars are fast paced, high energy, interactive, fun, thought provoking and based on good learning theory. The skills learned are highly transferable; they enrich people in the workplace and at home.

Dave’s career has had two parallel tracks. He has taught seminars across the country to recognizable companies and agencies. Simultaneously, Dave has been a successful businessman in Fort Collins, Colorado. Dave challenges himself to practice in the real world what he teaches in his seminars. This professional “dual track” lends authenticity and credibility to the seminars.

With participants Dave adopts the attitude of “fellow learner,” not the attitude of expert. Dave shares personal stories both of his successes and failures in applying what he teaches. High trust develops, locked minds open, and invitations to personal growth are accepted by participants.

Dave holds a masters degree in education from Colorado State University and formerly instructed in the Education Department at Colorado State. Dave combines 35 years of real world experience in business with effective teaching skills to create credible instruction.
